目前,隨著新一輪大學(xué)畢業(yè)生求職高峰的到來,備戰(zhàn)英語面試正逐漸成為很多畢業(yè)生的求職重點工作之一。新橙英語培訓(xùn)中心專業(yè)商務(wù)面試課程教師chie介紹說,英語面試的方法因公司與工作的不同而有所不同,但基本流程是差不多的。
英語面試:
一般包括三輪
chie介紹說,第一輪面試一般由公司人力資源部的人員擔(dān)任考官,他們會從你的個人簡歷出發(fā),詢問一些有關(guān)個人的問題,比如請你用英語做一個自我介紹。有些公司也會有一部分英語筆試,主要考查應(yīng)聘者基本的語言運用能力。
第二輪面試則由部門主管經(jīng)理出面,這時候有關(guān)業(yè)務(wù)方面的問題成了面試的重點,所以英語面試也從個人情況轉(zhuǎn)向了專業(yè)領(lǐng)域。比如應(yīng)聘市場部,則應(yīng)聘者通常會被要求談一談以往最成功的一個案例,或者自身的業(yè)務(wù)強項等。
如果前面都很順利,那么,最后一輪面試一般就是和公司的總裁面對面了。外企的總裁一般是老外,當(dāng)然面試就變成全英語的了?偛迷儐柕膯栴}一般會和公司的精神、企業(yè)文化有關(guān)。
面試中:最需要自信
普華永道人力資源部經(jīng)理姜周紅介紹說,一般在進行英語面試時,多是希望考查應(yīng)聘者聽說讀寫的實際操作能力。小組討論是英語面試的重要一環(huán),一般來說,小組討論形式的面試其目的主要是要了解應(yīng)聘者在團體中的工作反應(yīng)。進一步說,面試官更多的是希望了解應(yīng)聘者面對指責(zé)的態(tài)度。
姜周紅說,在外企的面試中,除了筆試之外,面試中的英語部分以考查應(yīng)用能力為主,所以應(yīng)聘者在面試當(dāng)中最需要的是自信、敢說。不妨盡量采用簡短明了的詞匯來表達自己的意思。另外,切忌在面試當(dāng)中抬高自己貶低別人;卮饐栴}盡量自然,并作為小組成員之一在自己的負責(zé)范圍內(nèi)答題,也不要重復(fù)其他應(yīng)聘者的答案。說話要流利,思維要連貫,層次要清晰,不要夾雜中文,可以用“well”、“however”這樣的過渡詞來給自己停頓和思考,同時,也使得自己的表述顯得口語化一些。
面試前:了解一下企業(yè)文化
新橙英語培訓(xùn)中心專業(yè)商務(wù)面試課程教師Chie建議說,學(xué)生的先期準(zhǔn)備主要是個人情況和業(yè)務(wù)方面。專業(yè)英語的準(zhǔn)備要充足,有時會被要求用英語解釋一個專業(yè)術(shù)語或解答一個技術(shù)問題。所以,在面試前不妨去公司的英文網(wǎng)站了解一下企業(yè)文化,這對與老板面談會有幫助的。
Chie介紹說,英語面試目前的趨勢是通常設(shè)在一個類似于接待室的地方,而非特別準(zhǔn)備的會場,由2-3個人負責(zé)面試。
外國人作為考官進行面試時,由于他們與我們的思維方式、習(xí)慣以及文化有所差別,因此必須熟悉他們的理解方式和語言表達方式。不同公司對外語水平的要求不同,有的只具備用外語接聽電話的水平即可,也有的要求用外語從事一般性工作。因此,應(yīng)聘者必須準(zhǔn)確了解應(yīng)聘公司的外語使用程度和目的等信息后,再做出相應(yīng)的對策。(記者金可)

盡管你在簡歷中對自己的教育背景作了介紹,但在面試時,面試官還有可能就此方面提問。還是事先做點準(zhǔn)備吧。
